Your privacy matters, especially because you may share financial details with me. Here's what happens with information on this website.

What I collect

• Question form: the name, email address, business or trade, QuickBooks answer, and message you type into the form.
• Booking a call: if you book through Calendly, Calendly collects the details you enter there, under its own privacy policy.
• Basic site logs: the company that hosts this website may record technical information such as your IP address and browser when you visit.

This website doesn't use advertising trackers.

How I use it

I use your information to reply to you, schedule calls, and, if we work together, to provide the services in your engagement letter. I don't sell your information.

Who else sees it

Only the service providers that make the website work, such as web hosting, form handling, email, and scheduling, and only as needed to run those services. I may also share information if the law requires it.

Please don't send sensitive details through the form

Please don't include passwords, bank account numbers, or Social Security numbers in the question form or in email. If I need access to your accounts, we'll set that up securely during onboarding.

Your choices

You can ask me to correct or delete the information you sent through this website at any time by emailing info@balancedbooksadvisory.com. If we work together, records connected to your engagement may need to be kept longer, as described in your engagement letter.

If this policy changes, I'll update the date at the top of this page.
